Deliver
Delivery of goods shall be made only to the delivery address stated by Client during the order process, located in Metropolitan France (including Corsica). The delivery of goods shall take place after payment of the amount due for the goods ordered has been registered, to Client’s address. In accordance with the provisions of Article L. 121-20-3 of the Code de la consommation, the delivery of goods ordered shall take place no later than 30 days from the day following the order, subject to the payment of the price in full. GENETE shall deliver the items ordered in ordinary parcels. The lead times for delivery, if any, given by GENETE shall be illustrative only. If Client orders several products at the same time, and if shipping times are different, the shipping time on the order shall be based on the longest time, GENETE reserving at all events the possibility of breaking up shipments into smaller quantities. Only the products shipped shall be debited. The contribution to the expenses of processing and shipping shall be invoiced for each single shipment event. GENETE shall not be held liable for the consequences of carriage delays. Any order not delivered within thirty days of the order placed shall be cancelled, except if otherwise stipulated and announced in the offer of sale.
If at the time of delivery, the outer appearance of the parcel is not perfect, the client shall open it in the presence of the carrier to check the state of the goods. In the event of damage to the goods, client shall give specific details thereof on the delivery slip and send the information to GENETE at the following address: 1, rue de Bourgogne - 89000 AUXERRE, France.
